Pallav Pandey Chief Executive Officer BTech from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. Prior to starting VIPLAV Communications, he was working with NVIDIA, a California based firm. While in US he was exposed to the idea of Voter Relationship Management, and after undertaking a detailed self study of such system in major democracies he decided to provide a similar service for the Indian democracy. B.P. Verma Co-Founder and Advisor An Indian Economic Service Officer, retired from PEO, Planning Commission, as Deputy Adviser (Agricultural Economics) and has over 45 years of experience in Evaluation and Social Studies. During his active service he was engaged in the designing, conducting, analyzing and report writing of the evaluation studies conducted by the Planning Commission. He has worked in the field as well as headquarters of the organization in various capacities. After superannuating he worked with FRRM (a Delhi based NGO) and directed ten research projects, and was consultant to another five projects. Rahul Pandey Chief Operations Officer B.Tech. from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur from Mechanical Engineering. Before joining Viplav, he was working with the Management Consultancy Group of Infosys in Hyderabad. Naveen Kumar Senior Research Associate An M. Phil. from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He has done Masters in Political Science from Patna University and successfully submitted M. Phil dissertation at JNU on “Culture as an Instrument of Foreign Policy: A Case Study of Indian Cultural Diplomacy in the 1980s” He has been close observer of social and political development in India and commented on each with a grass-root approach and empirical tools. |
